Applications:
Due to its high molybdenum content and the addition of nitrogen, material 1.4547 exhibits good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to pitting, crevice, and surface corrosion. It is ideal for applications involving diluted sulfuric or phosphoric acid contaminated with chlorides. Material 1.4547 is seawater-resistant.
