The international conference and technical trade fair on hydraulic energy takes place once a year. The editor of the specialist journal based in the English town of Wallington organises this annual trade fair, together with an accompanying symposium, in a different part of the world each year. It addresses the technical, social, economic and environmental aspects of hydraulic energy, as well as the construction of new plants, which are planned to fulfil a considerable portion of energy requirements in times of climate change.
