This May, Stahlhandel Gröditz GmbH celebrates a special anniversary: exactly ten years ago, the company officially inaugurated its modern production and storage hall at the Zeithain site. Since then, investments totaling around 10 million euros have been made – marking a decisive step in the company’s continued development.
What began as a bold move toward expansion has proven to be a complete success. Today, Stahlhandel Gröditz GmbH employs 60 dedicated staff members – twice as many as in the early years – making it one of the region’s key employers.
Even 20 years ago, the company commissioned its first sawing center in Zeithain – further proof of its long-term location strategy and steady growth. The combination of modern infrastructure, qualified personnel, and a strong commitment to the Zeithain site forms the foundation of today’s success.
