The ledeburitic cold work steel 1.2379 ESR has an improved material property due to the electro-slag remelting process (ESR). Our ESR material is used when better material purity, particularly high tensile strength and compressive strength are required. The material 1.2379 ESR with high resistance to wear and abrasion and edge-holding properties, exhibits a high resistance against abrasive and adhesive wear.

Benefit of sawn cuts:
